Brand Photography Solihull | Counselling with Kate
When Kate contacted me about creating photographs for her counselling practice, she wanted images that felt calm, welcoming and genuine — just like the experience she offers her clients.
We chose a beautiful home in Solihull with an open, light-filled living space that perfectly reflected the warm, peaceful feeling of her brand. Before we started photographing, we carefully styled each scene together. Kate brought fresh flowers from her own garden, we made a fresh cup of coffee, gathered a few favourite books, her laptop and other meaningful details that represent her everyday work.
Throughout the session, we created a collection of natural portraits alongside lifestyle and detail photographs. We photographed close-ups of flowers, coffee, books and hands, as well as wider images that give a sense of space and comfort. The aim was to create a complete gallery that Kate could use across her website, blog and social media, while helping potential clients feel connected to the person behind the business.
Brand photography isn’t only about professional headshots. It’s about telling the story of your business and creating images that instantly communicate your values. For Kate, that meant creating photographs that feel warm, authentic and reassuring—the same qualities people experience when they begin their counselling journey with her.
