I have been attending a 5 week yoga course at the South Birmingham Iyengar Yoga Centre for people with minor musculo skeletal problems, in my case, outer hip pain due to inflammation of the TFL muscle. I made it clear early on that I’m a visual learner so the only way I could remember the poses that I was being shown for my recovery programme was to have photographs, not recollections. Which is where Irina stepped in. She’s not only a yoga teacher but a photographer as well. So she did a full session with me, adjusting to get my shape just right and then taking a picture. So now I can practice at home without having to rely on my 75 year old memory! I thoroughly recommend Irina for any photography project you have.

I had a fantastic photo shoot with Irina. I was apprehensive because we did it online, however Irina was excellent at helping me set the camera up and encouraging which helped me relax. Balancing bright window light with dark interiors, perspective and composition might seem unimportant but it’s that attention to detail that helps Irina stand out. Irina is a truly exceptional yoga teacher and photographer: I highly recommend her. Irina has empathy and can connect with you were you are at. I found Irina’s photography excellent. She is also an unobtrusive photographer, even in a very busy Yoga Workshop. You would not know she is even present in the room, but somehow the results of stunning. This is an important aspect when photographing something like Yoga classes where the student’s own attention should not be distracted.

The photo session with Irina was most enjoyable and fun. I wasn’t expecting much, but when I saw end results, I was stunned at how well the photos and videos

A photoshoot with Irina was a real treat! She makes you feel very relaxed and at ease. I am usually quite tense at photos of me taken but Irina said “Ignore me, just be yourself and don’t think of what is happening”. And that’s what I did, simply carried on playing the piano whilst Irina was finding all unbelievable positions to get the best angle, murmuring compliments on the way. She has a very sharp photographic eye and artistic vision. Besides she is very encouraging and her enthusiasm and her own enjoyment of the process really recharge your batteries. You cannot help but relaxing and tuning into her positive vibes. I really enjoyed our photo experience!

I have met Irina online for a remote photoshoot and a mentoring session. Irina first showed me how to use the app and walked me through the functionality, gave few tips. Her explanations were very thorough and she emphasized the most important features. Then we went on to the photoshoot, as a bonus I had a chance to learn from Irina how to work with the model! I felt really relaxed and the whole experience was very meditative. The photos are stunning and I am so glad I have had a chance to have such a wonderful experience both of photography and learning with Irina.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Irina’s photography — she understood my brief quickly and went about the photography without any further guidance — I got on and taught my yoga class, while she quietly went around doing the photography. Even the students who didn’t want to be in the photographs liked the pictures and agreed that they could be used. I love the pictures — I felt she captured the relaxed, happy nature of the class, which was fantastic. She also delivered them very promptly after editing them.

Мы сейчас повели онлайн фотосъёмку в низком ключе. Я в Коломне, мой фотограф в Англии. Это какие-то прекрасные ощущения, непередаваемые! Сделали за полчаса 125 кадров, сменили 3 локации. Услышала такое количество комплиментов, не знаю как я буду спать в ожидании фотографий. Это какие-то новые сверх  возможности! Пробуйте, девочки, вам так понравится.
