She is very positive and encouraging, with a natural flair that sets the tone for a calm and relaxed shoot, regardless of any anxieties you may have on arrival. She responded to a very late enquiry to take shots of me and my business partner for our new website. Having been let down by another company, Irina kindly accommodated us the next day, and returned the edited shots less than 24 hours later. Thank you for rescuing our design schedule!
