This work is about what we hide.
And the courage to let it breathe.
Some sessions stay with you long after they are finished.
This one felt quietly different. Winter light, bare branches, still water nearby, and a space where instinct mattered more than instruction.
It was less about the image, and more about what lives beneath it.
There was a sense of the wild inner woman throughout, the parts of us that live just beneath the surface. Not a dark side, but a hidden one. The aspects we learn to soften, to contain, to keep out of sight, even though they hold so much life.
This became a small exploration of courage. The courage to open, to be seen without explanation, to inhabit your own body and your own stillness fully.
