Extra time for Wedding Photography:
£150 — 30 minutes
£200 — 1 hour
Travel time:
- Under 30 minutes (round trip): Free of charge
- 30 minutes one way (approx. 1 hour round trip): £50
- 1 hour one way (approx. 2 hours round trip): £100
By booking a photo shoot, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and conditions:
- A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking and reserve the date
- RAW files (unedited, original images) are not included in the client deliverables
- Photos are delivered via an online gallery
- The date and time of the shoot are confirmed only after the prepayment has been made
- If the shoot is canceled less than a month before the scheduled date, the prepayment is non-refundable
- The full payment is kindly requested upon the completion of the shoot
- All client requests and preferences are discussed and finalized prior to the shoot
- The completed photographs will be delivered within a maximum of 7 days
- All photographs captured during the shoot may be used by the photographer for portfolio purposes, both online and in print. Any requests for exclusive use or confidentiality will be respectfully discussed and agreed upon prior to the shoot

PROCESS
1. Get in Touch
Send me a message with your wedding date, location, and a little about your day. I’ll check my availability and send you all the details about packages, pricing, and how I work.
2. Let’s Connect
We’ll arrange a short call (or meet for coffee) to get to know each other and chat about your vision. It’s important we feel aligned — your photographer will be with you all day, after all.
3. Choose Your Package
I offer a few flexible collections that include full-day coverage and possibly engagement sessions. I’ll help you find the one that fits best or we’ll create something bespoke.
4. Reserve Your Date
Once you’re ready, a 50% booking fee will secure your date in my calendar. After that, the day is yours, and I’ll turn away all other enquiries. The remaining balance is due after the wedding, once your gallery is ready for delivery.
5. Planning & Support
I’ll be with you every step of the way—sharing tips on timeline, lighting, and those little in-between moments that matter most.
About a month before the wedding, we’ll create a simple photography plan together with key timings and the moments you’d love captured. This helps everything run smoothly, so you can fully relax and enjoy your day.
6. Your Wedding Day
You get to relax, celebrate, and soak it all in—while I quietly and joyfully capture the magic as it unfolds.
7. Your Photographs
A few sneak peeks will arrive within a few days, and your full online gallery will be delivered within a week. Beautifully edited and colour-corrected by me, full of emotion, ready to relive forever.
